A letter from the Vice President of Recruitment
Dear Potential New Members, My name is Morgan Griffis and I'm so excited to be this year's recruitment chair for Alpha Omicron Pi. On behalf of my sisters, I can personally say for all of us that Greek life has made such a positive influence on our lives. Going Greek is one of the best, most fun, and encouraging things you can do during your college career so I really hope you take the opportunity to get to know each and every one of our outstanding sororities on this campus. We look forward to meeting each and everyone of you during your journey as a Potential New Member! Please take a moment to look at the Panhellenic website listed below to answer any questions you may have. ALAM, Morgan http://www.mtsu.edu/greeks |

Information on and Dates for Fall Formal Recruitment
September 15th - 18th
Orientation (September 14th) -This day you will meet with everyone going through recruitment, and also with Panhellenic to talk about what to expect while going through recruitment. This day is casual and has no real dress code.
Day One (September 15th) - This night is called Philanthropy night, where chapters will talk about the organizations that are most dear to their hearts. Casual dresses, cute pants and tops, sandals or wedges are acceptable for this night. PNMs (Potential New Members) will visit all six chapters on this day.
Day Two (September 16th) - The second night is a little more serious, and it is called Sisterhood night. This night is where chapters talk about their bond as a chapter and specifics on their chapter. This night is a little dressier so casual dresses are appropriate with sandals or wedges. On this night PNMs will only visit at most four chapters.
Day Three (September 17th) - Preference night, the most serious of the nights, is when each chapter will explain how their organizations have benefitted each member. On this night PNMs will usually wear black dresses, but any nicer dress with dressier heels are acceptable. On this night PNMs will only visit at most two chapters.
Bid Day (September 18th) - By far the most exciting of the days, on Bid Day PNMs will find their new home! Any casual wear is acceptable, and the New Members will be provided with a shirt from Panhellenic as well as a shirt from which ever chapter is on their Bid Day card.
