Rho Omicron, EST. 1985
Founded on February 23, 1985, the Rho Omicron Chapter was installed with 41 charter members by Vice President of Operations, Teri Thomas Anderson, from the Theta Omega Chapter at Northern Arizona University. Since then, the ladies at Middle Tennessee State University have strived to exceed the expectation everyday. From competing in annual competitions such as MTSU Homecoming, Phi Beta Sigma's Step Show, Kappa Delta's Wing Fling, Sigma Chi's Derby Days and so many more, to hosting our own events such as All Sing and the Smoke Out Arthritis Barbecue, we are constantly involved in on campus activities. We have previously won Chapter of Excellence at AOII's International Convention in 2009, 2011, 2013, and 2015. Greek Chapter of the year in 2012 and 2014, and President's Cup in 2012 and 2014. The Sub Motto of Rho Omicron is "Sisters Reaching Out", and we believe our sisterhood is a top priority. As our chapter progresses through the years, we will always keep the AOII ritual and everything our sorority stands for close to our hearts.
